 ISP provides our members with a variety of insurance solutions offered through several different insurance carriers. Upon completing the enrollment into one of our plans, enrollees are sent a confirmation email which includes important information regarding their purchase and instructions on accessing their ID card, managing their account, and more. If you are unsure of your member ID # or which plan you have, please refer to the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.

If your member id # begins with 4 Letters and is one of the following plans:

Trail Blazer, Pioneer Elite, Tourer or Mountaineer Plan

EXTEND COVERAGE/REPRINT ID CARD/PRINT CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

SUBMIT A CLAIM OR CHECK CLAIMS STATUS
